A dual study programme involves switching between theory phases at a university and practical phases at a company. The biggest advantage of a dual study course is obvious – you get the opportunity to gather professional experience even when you are still studying. I want to seize this opportunity and, alongside my three-month university phases, use the three-month practical phases at INDUSTRIA to find out which area of the real estate sector appeals to me most. In my opinion, it is a real advantage to obtain a degree at the end of it and at the same time to know exactly where you feel at home in the world of work.

I opted for a course in business administration with a focus on real estate because the real estate sector is a highly future-proof and diverse sector with potential. I am very much looking forward to acquiring comprehensive knowledge in this field.

INDUSTRIA is the perfect practical partner for me. The company allows me to get to know many different fields of activity relating to real estate during my studies, including asset and property management, portfolio management, marketing and more. I am looking forward to the years ahead and am eager to learn lots of new things.

Before I started my course, I completed a two-and-a-half-month work experience placement at INDUSTRIA and discovered that I really feel at home here. I really like the working atmosphere – despite there being more than 150 employees, INDUSTRIA manages to foster a real sense of togetherness.

From the outset it was clear to me that a dual study programme was the right thing for me. I have often noticed that I find it easier to learn when I can combine the theoretical knowledge I have learned with practical experience and apply it directly. I particularly like the fact that you are familiarised with the working world right from the start and that you already know exactly what to expect after graduation. In addition, you have the chance to complete your Bachelor's degree within 3 years and, at the same time, gain a lot of professional experience.

Through my vocational baccalaureate with a focus on economics, I have already consolidated the first basic elements in the field of economics and realised that economic topics are suited to me and that I enjoy them. I was introduced to the real estate sector by my family. So it was very clear to me that the Real Estate Management degree programme was the right choice for my professional career.

In real estate, you experience a great deal of variety, interesting topics and have great career opportunities. The real estate sector is a future-proof industry with many different opportunities and forms one of Germany’s largest business sectors.

After my very informative and varied interview, I knew immediately that INDUSTRIA was the right practical partner for my dual studies. At INDUSTRIA, you have the opportunity to get to know many different areas of the real estate world and you are accompanied by a friendly and motivated team.

I am very happy to be able to do a 2-month internship before starting my dual studies. This will allow me to get to know the company environment and the team and familiarise myself with the real estate industry. I was welcomed at INDUSTRIA with many new insights and positive conversations and I am excited about the upcoming time and am looking forward to starting my dual studies.
